Honey Mustard Chicken

b6baa436813fde555254eef4ab76c2cba02131c1_500x333We tried this new recipe last week.  It was so easy and very tasty!  I don’t know why I have posted two sweet chicken dishes.  This one is a little more  honey than mustard tasting.

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c melted butter
1/3 c honey
2 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Mix butter, honey mustard and salt.  Pour over chicken.  Bake at 350 for about an hour.

We ate this over brown rice and had a side salad.  Simple and tasty!  The best thing is I had all the ingredients in my pantry for this.  Let me know if you try it!  Hollyfurtick.com
